Trying to create a dashboard solely for personal and team time. Something that is more visual and robust than the TimeSheet page.
Heres the challenge:
  • I can create a bar graph that shows an Y axis of a custom field called "System", with an X axis for tracked time. This could easily show us time spent per system per assignee. However, we routinely drop assignee's off of tasks at certain stages, so we lose the ability to see anything accurate, unless we had a filter for "Time Tracked By".
The system obviously knows who tracked the time, or who its related to as its populating in the TimeSheet page.
Solution:
Adding in the ability to use "Time Tracked By" as a filter in the dashboard cards, or lists, anywhere that Filters are used. This would make the dashboards much more valuable and give better flexibility in using/visualizing time.
Currently, with the limitations around this filter not being present, and not being able to use "Time Tags" as a filter, it's not possible for us to get the adoption out of time.
