It would be great to have the option (custom for each list), to do time rounding on all time tracked in that list.

For example, i have support tickets and they get 1 hour per month of my time, but each 'task' is minimum 15 mins, so say i start tracking and it only takes me 5 mins to complete, i want it to show as 15 mins when they look at their dashboard of time spent this month. (not 5), so the time should 'round up' to 15 min in this case.
