At present, natural language for Time estimates assumes a 7 day, 8 hour work week and ignores the settings in Work Schedule.

This makes natural language Time Estimates functionally useless, as when estimating for a project, I need to estimate based on the working weeks available, 1 week = 40 hours, not 56.

Because of this, I'm stuck with either consistently doing the math - 160 hours = month, otherwise I'll end up with a compounding error over time.

If I convert the actual available working hours in a quarter (3 months), and have Click Up convert to natural language, it states this is about 2 months and a bit - really not useful communication for anyone.
