Writing task descriptions in ClickUp is honestly the most frustrating part of my daily workflow. The editor feels laggy and "wooden" compared to other tools, Notion for example.

Often it does nothing, or it reverts the wrong change (too much or too little).

Sometimes it jumps the cursor or undoes formatting instead of text.

Expected: predictable, step-by-step undo/redo like in any standard text editor.

When I drag to select text, block menus and hover toolbars pop up while I'm still selecting and break the selection.

Expected: no overlays at all until I release the mouse button.

In longer descriptions, typing and cursor movement visibly lag behind.

The editor is the core of every task, and right now it's the main reason I feel friction using ClickUp. Fixing Undo and selection alone would make a huge difference. Thanks!
