Terrible performance, looking for alternatives

Performance has become so unbearable recently. It is laggy just typing text in a doc! This is unfortunately not usable anymore. Some alternatives I've found are Coda and SmartSuite. I wish the performance was more of a concern for the team. Reddit is filled with people complaining about this for months.

Luci N. - this seems to be system wide and even after reporting specific situations (HAR files and all) to support, we do not have resolution after months of asking, so if this is note to right forum to raise this issue, support is not an effective means of getting this resolved, where do we go from here?

I'm sorry for just now replying to your question, Christian. Happy to share more details about the overall improvements the engineers have been working on.
Since the beginning of this year and through the next one or two quarters, our Engineering team has decided that making ClickUp even faster is a top priority. Since early January, our engineers have included performance-based improvements in most releases and continue pushing forward with wide-ranging performance initiatives.
I took a look and also see that you've recently been in contact with our Technical Support team. Alongside our engineers, they're committed to improving your Workspace performance! Feel free to reply to them with any questions, and they'll continue to assist. I've also shared your concerns with them directly from this feature request.

Totally agree! The performance is usually really terrible. Unfortunately, we are almost vendor locked. Nevertheless, we are still looking for alternatives
