Andreas Pütz: right now the org chart's reporting lines are set manually. The automatic path comes through the User Attributes work, which syncs people fields from your IdP over SCIM, including Azure AD / Entra ID. That's in beta at the moment, so tell me your workspace and I'll point you at the signup. One thing worth pinning down: is it specifically the manager and reporting line you need populated automatically, or the profile attributes around it? The manager field is the trickier half and I want to log the right ask.

This is now fully released and available to everyone, no more beta needed 🎉 One quick note: while rolling it out to all workspaces, a few existing beta users briefly lost access by mistake. That has been fixed, so if the org chart disappeared for you it should be back now. Thanks to everyone who tested it and shared feedback along the way.

Hey Vasil Enchev - We were in the Beta and had access to this, but it has seemed to disappeared from the Teams Hub. How can I get it back?

Dimitri Weslosky: Mystery solved, and sorry about that. When we opened the org chart up to everyone, access for the existing beta users got switched off by mistake. Totally unintentional, and a bit ironic given you were early to it. It should be back for you now, along with anyone else who hit the same thing. Can you confirm it's showing up again in Teams Hub? If it's not, give me a shout and I'll sort it right away.

Hey! This is exactly what we're building right now - we have a dedicated post here: Teams Hub | Organizational Chart. It's currently in beta with manager → direct reports, multi-level hierarchy, expand/collapse, and jump-to-profile from Teams Hub. You can sign up for beta access on that post - would love your feedback once you're in.

The feature in beta only supports a single hierarchy level, which is quite limiting. For example, it cannot show a manager reporting to a CEO.

Well I was going to request access to the beta but if there is only a single layer it won't work for us anyway at this stage. We have 5 layers at this point. Hope I get updated when this progresses further. It would be very helpful clickup
