Hi Tamlyn Koga,
Really enjoying the beta Teams Hub feature — wanted to share a few thoughts from my experience so far:
The dedicated landing page and the tabs (Priorities, Team, Feed, StandUp, Workload, Timesheet) are really well thought out and make it much easier to navigate and manage team-related information.
The biggest gap I’ve noticed is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to view all tasks assigned to the entire Team (as an entity) in one place. I’m not referring to tasks assigned to individual team members — I’m specifically looking for a centralized view of tasks where the Team itself is assigned as the owner. That’s the main use case I was hoping to get out of the hub.
A couple of other things I’ve noticed:
-I wish I could customize or manage the cards on the overview. Currently, there’s no flexibility to tailor it to how I’d prefer to use it.
-The Feed on the overview page feels duplicative for my workflow. I prefer using the individual tabs to track updates and activity — they already do a great job of surfacing what I need.
Overall, I really like the direction this feature is heading and appreciate getting early access. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve!

Some extra Feedback: Managing and ability to see Teams should be restricted by default as follows:
Manage: Admins or Managers I provide access to
See: Only people added to the Team as a member or to manage the team.

I think it can help develop Teams purpose as well. Also, after this is enabled, Teams should be able to show, group and filter people by skills. Also, Roles could be a great addition for Teams.

I love Tamlyn Koga! How can I access it?

Here is some feedback on teams, from the "Team."
- We have to have chat in the top row (See image)
- Better filtering options in the "Feed." Noticed not all activity or chatting shows up.
- Need ability to have lists and tasks within the team. Like ALL team tasks asigned to these users. Either lists grouped or not grouped.
- Dashboards will be a must.
- Standup History or multiple standup instances
- Analytics still showing no activity or latest tasks on a user
- Team inbox/notifications.
- iFrame embed for other content.
Overall, love the direction of teams and we are almost there to a point where this is everything a team needs! This may have been the missing piece we've been lacking.

Tamlyn Koga Been testing this out a bit and have some initial feedback.
- The feed section appears to ignore permissions in some cases and is showing tasks from my personal list in the feed, as well as showing tasks from other private spaces. None of these should appear here unless I'm misunderstanding how this works and only I'm able to see these items because permissions are set based on who is viewing.
- Would be great if there was some integration with Goals as we use these for setting high level goals. This would make it easier to go to a team and see what goals they have set.
- Having the card functionality from overview/dashboards would add flexibility so each team could configure to match their team needs

1) It is based on your permission and access within ClickUp.
2) Thank you for the feedback! As a potential workaround, you can include a bookmark to the Team Goals on the Overview Page as well.
3) Great idea, we've heard similar feedback of users wanting to have a Dashboard tab for this purpose. While not part of this initial release it may be something we consider in the future.
