It would help if I (admin) could define favorites for everybody. Occasional users find it hard to find things in ClickUp. Pre-defined favorites would help!

I'd like the ability to have Favorites to be available from Templates. I use Templates in order to move a shell of Folders and List into a brand new workspace by shared subscriber to my app's Extension to ClickUp. The initial set of Folders and Lists, provide the ability for api calls to generate information to and from an HTML UI interface from my web site. From their login I'm able to manage how information flows from their phones/mobile devices into specific Contacts, Projects, Appointment information etc. I rely on Favorites to assist in the management of this information.

As a Sole Proprietor, the phone is my basic input device as I get calls to do work for clients and prospective clients, and ClickUp is used as main background database to organize and use the data via api calls. However, not all information that is generated on my app, needs to be managed by the HTML UI.

Personal Events and Activities is a separate that maintains information outside my business operations, such as Birthdays, Meetings, Financial obligations (due dates for credit cards, loans, etc), and not all Contacts are business related. I have found that it's easier to maintain directly within ClickUp and it doesn't take a very long time to use those type of tools. So the learning curve is easier and I don't have to program duplicate methods, etc.

Most of my clientele have very little knowledge about teams, and productivity tools. All they want is to enter in a Contact, Project, etc, and use their most valued tool, their phone, and not have to enter a lot of information by hand to do so. My app provides that utility and I'm thoroughly impressed with ClickUp, as a user and a programmer.

I was recently placed on this list and encouraged to provide some input as to the reasons for my request. What I do with my app, and how I designed the app needs to be the same that all of my subscribers will do. I have installed Favorites, and need to provide the same type of Favorites to those whom subscribe to my app. So the ability to mirror my Favorites at the initial setup is important. At this point I'll have to create a checklist and manually create the Favorites for every new subscriber.

This will begin to be problematic as my subscriber base increases, and it will require additional training that may not be necessary if this feature was developed and supported.

Ditto. Having the ability for Space managers, Owners or Admins to push favorites and even minimized tasks out to the entire team, space or group would be great!

Zeb is this still under review? I would like to see this feature implemented too. This would simplify things massively in our company.

This would simplify things for "non power-users", please implement!

This would make managing my team a lot easier. We all operate off of a few favorite lists and it's a pain to keep those in sync.
