Existing: when hovering over the description icon on a task (during "list view" but other views will also qualify), allows the user to preview the task description.

Proposed: When hovering over the description icon, have the task title be a small header on top of any description to help both users and any meeting audience, understand which task the description relates to.

Why: The busy nature of the user interface means it can be challenging to reference the exact task the description relates to. In addition, the description preview has no association to any task - it's a floating window. By creating a connection through the task title, it allows whoever is reviewing the interface, can make the connection between the task and the description.
