Task that has been working on for some have suddenly unable to access giving a redirection issue and unable to access the task.
What we did: (Brain)
Tried browser incognito mode.
Why the direct link works in Incognito but the sidebar path does not:
  • Incognito reloads everything fresh; your normal window is likely holding onto stale ClickUp site data, so internal navigation breaks.
What to do (in order):
  1. Hard refresh the ClickUp tab (this often fixes internal navigation):
- Mac:
Cmd + Shift + R
- Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + R
  1. Clear ClickUp site data in your normal browser window (best fix):
- Remove cookies and site storage for app.clickup.com / clickup.com
- Then fully close the browser, reopen, log back in, and try navigating the hierarchy again.
  1. Quick workaround: keep using the direct task URL until you clear site data:
- task_link
