Task on multiple lists with different status
Pascal Sollberger
I have two spaces: One for myself and one with my team. If I get a task assigned I want to add it on my personal board. I recently found the function add to lists but when I use it, it adds the task with the attached status. What I want is to have the task on my board with my status and at the same time on the team board with the status there.

YES. I have been fighting with Clickup for weeks, spoke to 5 or 6 different customer support specialists and a couple more technical support staff from Clickup, re-explained the problem to so many people now.. this is desperately needed.
We cannot be the only teams here that have a space for each department, and when the time comes that a job or ticket needs multiple departments to work, it cannot be added and worked on simultaneously using separate status settings? How?
We have an automation that, if a certain custom field is checked or set, triggers a different team (in a different space, with a different set of statuses, custom fields, timelines, etc) to intervene on one subtask. It will add that task/subtask on their list, in their own space. Unfortunately.. they can't use their calendar, their resources, their custom fields, their statuses. Everything is weirdly split.
I tried so many workarounds and none work well.. so the only option was for me to work with both sets of teams and have them align their statuses. This only puts a bandaid on a real issue. They cannot align their custom fields or timelines so this still creates a clash.
Please help sort this out! It gets increasingly difficult to use Clickup as we onboard more teams on here.

I think this is the same request like the one here:
Maybe it can be merged?

This needs to happen. I have attached an example of what that looks like in Asana. It allows different teams to work on a shard project without changing their space/folder ecosystem.
