A while back with our release of Docs 3.0, we've released the ability to tag your Docs!
Joe Murray
Brendan W: Yes, but as I learned, once you it a 100 usages you can't even delete or change the tags...unless you pay a bunch more money. No thanks.

Brendan W: Thank you for the updated but I was actually referring to Tags within the doc (inline). Same way that users can change a line to one of the banners or create a task, they should be able to tag a line of text or paragraph.

Eric Wightman Thanks for considering this on Docs 3.0

This feature will definitely helps us to find and organize similar documents together. Waiting.

I'm voting this up. I've recently started using the Docs feature as a notes function for specific projects. The tags for me, would create a super useful way of ear marking certain sections (e.g. Meeting minutes) within a running document for searchability.

Not as important to me as the ability to organize docs into folders, but this would still be incredibly useful to be able to group similar documents.

Ability to add tags in documents. Tagging the same way we can create a task within a document.

I mostly want to use click up as a doc archive, especially of blog posts I like.
Tagging their theme would be helpful, compared to allocating them to a space.

Given that clickup already has a great tag system - this
should
be within reach. Tagged documents are vital for documentation management, and knowledge management.Julian Pustkuchen
I guess this should be merged with https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/labels-for-documents
