I find tags are very useful when it comes to finding tasks and grouping them. Texts or tags are very small by nature. If we could add a description to tags, it could be very useful. This makes it easier in onboarding people, and clarity of tasks in general. Please try to show a tooltip with the description when the mouse hovers over the tag.

Platforms like GitHub include this feature.
