This is Type 2 of three types of feature requests made with the same common goal of control over selective visibility of items in a calendar sync, and users in all three feature requests are looking for the same thing in multiple threads. If Clickup patches these up, they will truly have a shared calendar killer on their hands, but, until then, the 1-way calendar sync isn’t as useful and powerful as it could be. At the bare minimum, feature reqs 1 and 2 need to have their separate requests (most of which are well-voted) merged, and secondly this question of visibility needs to be looked at more generally.
Feature Req 1: There isn’t granular control of selective list sharing in the creation of calendar sync (ie no filtering mechanism when creating a calendar sync.

Feature Req 3: Non-home list tasks don’t go into a calendar sync. Surprisingly, only one user has also found this (I noticed the general calendar sync conundrum when I had issues with this particular problem and went looking for workarounds):
This should really be seen as one core development need in Clickup.
