Switch between accounts
not on the roadmap
Feipu Song
Ability to switch between accounts (not workspaces) quickly. I have one account for work and one for personal projects. It'd be nice to be able to switch on desktop and iphone apps. Thanks!

I need to manage different teams on different workspaces in ONE App. The lack of the function is a business blocker for me.

I am a freelancer and started using Clickup to manage all my work from one place. My new client just moved to clickup and now my setup is obsolete cause I have to login to their Clickup account to do all my work, and it is messy, I lost all the features that made me start using clickup in the first place, like time-tracking etc. This feature is an absolute must to work efficiently with ClickUp.

Multi-Account Access Across Workspaces
Miriam Striepe
I work with multiple ClickUp Workspaces tied to different email accounts – one for my own business and another for a client. Currently, it's not possible to switch between these accounts without logging out and back in, which is frustrating both on desktop and mobile.
Why this is important:
Many professionals (freelancers, consultants, agency owners) manage multiple Workspaces across separate accounts.
ClickUp already allows switching Workspaces within the same account, but not across accounts.
Suggested solution:
Please allow users to connect multiple ClickUp accounts and switch between them without logging out – regardless of email address – both on desktop and mobile.

I have persuaded many of my clients and organisations to use clickapp, as well as using it personally.
The downside is I have to logout and login each time I want to switch to another clickapp account for my user. I have to do this many times a day, which is laborious and i have to remember which of my logins and emails I need to login for which clickapp account.

Clickup is fantastic as a personal todo tracker as well as work one, but its not tennable if you have to keep logging in/out. It would be great to be able to switch users in the UI.

Support for Managing Multiple ClickUp Accounts Without Logout

Enable native multi-account switching within the ClickUp desktop and web apps—similar to how Gmail, Notion, or Slack allow seamless toggling between accounts without logging out. Ideally, the interface should:
-Allow users to add multiple ClickUp accounts (each tied to a different email)
-Let users switch workspaces with one click via a dropdown or profile menu

It's a minor inconvenience that I cannot have multiple accounts connected at once that I can switch between and get notifications for.

I have two different companies that use Clickup I wish there was an easy way to switch between companies like you can do with QuickBooks Online. Right now, I have to sign out of one company then log back in under the other company

Ideally I would be able to have more than one account open (rather than log in and log out of each) - I work for several clients two of which assign tasks via click up.
