Support Chat Notification

It would be helpful if the support chat made some sort of noise/notification sound when the support personnel responds to you. As it is, you can't really do anything else while waiting for replies because there's no way to know the person helping you has responded without watching the chat box.

The support chat sound is 'off' by default. I have been timed out of many chats because I navigated away from the window the chat was on and since there wasn't a notification sound, I got timed out. Most other support chats have the sound on automatically. Can you change it to be 'on' by default? Thank you!

When chatting with support, it would be extremely helpful if there were sounds for when the support agent posts a response. Often bouncing around in different windows, and don't want the chat to time out because I didn't notice a response was posted.

Hey, Sabrina! You can turn on Sound Alerts by clicking the three dots at in the upper left corner of the chat window. 😁

Hey, Megan Chrusciel ! Users can turn on sound notifications for chat support within the Chat window. 🤩 I attached a screenshot showing how to get this updated.
