For my team box sizing is faster and easier than granular time estimates.

Currently, I use a custom dropdown field with an automation that populates the time estimate field. But it's possible the two fields get out of sync, since there's no automation option for changes on time estimate.

The only reason for keep them in sync is to calculated sum estimates. A better solution would be to support non-hourly time estimates but relate them to a range of time (for example: sm=<1day, md=1-2 days, etc.).

Another feature that would be AMAZING and doesn't exist in any other project management app would be to use the size estimate on the timeline. Start and end dates may not be aligned with the estimated time. In reality, we need to tetris style timeline.
