Subtask Statuses Not Showing on Parent Task

So I think this is a part of the new Simple layout. You can still see the colours on the modern and clean layouts

Ok thanks, statuses are back! Just colored squares, not text, but still sufficient in most cases. Maybe an option to show status text as well.

I am in full agreement with all on this. It was a great feature being able to see subtasks status all at once on list view of the parent task. The new "consolidated" version of subtasks is very frustrating and may force me to switch to a different software.

The ability to see that status of all the subtask at a glance was one of the reasons we switched to ClickUp. It allowed you to look at a long list of work items and know exactly what was happening with each of them at a glance.

Yes, they only appear when hovering over the subtask icon now. We need a NEW OPTION to have them permanently visible for those that rely on this info. Especially when main task is collapsed!
CONCEPT:
