Subtask are showing closed in a recurring task

I have set up a recurring task, action is to change the due date, repeat on closed, due date set to next occurrence, set status to open and immediately reset on closed. This works perfect for what I want with the only issue that the subtasks are closed in the recurrence and the task is open. If I selected set status to open that should apply to the subtasks too.

Do you have dates on your subtask? Would doing this remap the dates to match up with the next recurrence?

Nelly Pickett: It looks like the issue here is related to those subtasks not refreshing automatically when the task recurs.
If you refresh your page, it should update the subtasks as well.
That said, this isn't the best behavior and our team is investigating ways to resolve this! We don't have any specific updates at this time, but feel free to reach out if you would like an update in the future!
