In our workspace we use several AI agents (for example supporting accounting, purchasing, sales, and personal organization), and we increasingly work with them together in shared chat threads.

One recurring wish:

We would love to have a kind of "virtual team room" where I can see all participating agents at the same time, as if they were sitting around a table in a meeting. In such a view it would be possible to:

• see all agents (and ideally the human participants) at a glance,

• clearly see which agent is currently active or has just responded, and

• deliberately bring topics, documents, or tasks to the whole group without having to explain the same context multiple times.

Background: we use agents to coordinate different areas like accounting, purchasing, sales, and personal workflows. A shared "agent meeting room" would help us to:

• discuss plans and timelines in one central place,

• make coordination more efficient, and

• avoid duplicate communication.

I would love to see such a central view in the future – similar to a meeting room, but for agents (plus us as users).
