We’d like to share some feedback as a small business and long-time ClickUp user.

The “Subtasks in Multiple Lists” feature is essential for our workflow, yet it’s only available on the Business Pro plan, which is too expensive for small teams like ours.

We believe this is a basic productivity feature that many small but active workspaces need. Forcing an upgrade to a higher-tier plan may push smaller teams — even satisfied ones like us — to consider alternative tools that offer similar capabilities at a lower cost.

We truly value ClickUp and hope you’ll consider making this feature more accessible to smaller businesses.
