We run our daily operations review from a ClickUp dashboard built from Calculation cards (counts you can click into). The data side works well, but there's almost no control over how the cards look, so it's hard to scan at a glance.
We'd like:
Card background and number colours, set per card, so urgent counts stand out.
Conditional formatting: change the card colour based on the value (e.g. grey at 0, red above a threshold).
Number and label size, so the key counts can be bigger than secondary ones.
Brand fonts and colours applied across a dashboard, or a dashboard theme.
Section headers that span the full width, with dividers, without having to use a text block card.
Tighter layout control: equal-height rows and grouping cards into bands.
Why it matters: a dashboard should show what needs doing in seconds. At the moment every card looks the same, so a 0 and a 40 get equal weight and you end up reading every card instead of scanning.
