Stop making design changes every month
Aleksandra Kabatliyska
I know it tempting to update your app and make it more beautiful. But please stop doing big changes each month... we can't do our jobs properly waiting time to learn the new places and functions...

Please stop breaking the user experience with every new feature. Each update seems to disregard the workflows and habits your users have already developed. If you introduce a disruptive UI element, it must be optional and include a setting to disable it.
ClickUp is not something most people interact with every second of the day. Many users open it only a few times daily, and during those brief interactions they expect a familiar, predictable experience—not new popups and unexpected interruptions.
Other companies manage to introduce major updates gradually and seamlessly. ClickUp’s updates often feel like abrupt swings in direction without a consistent UX vision.

I agree with this so much. It is very jarring to see such big changes and then adapt to it all the time. It is affecting productivity and efficiency of everyone involved.
