Sorting the subtasks and nested subtasks by their parent task

Currently, able to see nested subtasks and subtasks as separate so that they can fit the filter criteria. I want the nested subtasks also to be sorted when clicked on "Subtasks: As separate tasks"

YES!! Why nested subtasks are viewable as separate tasks is mindboggling to me. It decreases efficiency significantly and increases the instances where tasks are missed becuase they aren't viewable without expanding individual tasks. This has caused issues in many teams that I work in to the point where we're now spending time redesigning entire workflows to eliminate all nested subtasks, which is such a ridiculous use of time when nested subtasks should be viewable.
