It would be helpful to have a visual process mapping feature within ClickUp that allows users to see how SOPs and workflows connect to one another — similar to what Puzzle offers. This would include the ability to map which processes rely on specific team members and software tools, and visualize the relationships and dependencies between them.

This would be especially useful when evaluating tool changes, as you could quickly see which processes and workflows would be impacted, without having to manually track those connections across multiple documents or spaces.
