Hello Team,
My department recently joined ClickUp and would be thrilled if we could measure how well we are doing with our SLAs on each task. Our SLAs range from 10 mins to 72 days due to the dynamics of the work we do. For each task that we create, we want to be able to assign an SLA to it, and tell from the interface whether we are working within SLA or not.
We use the custom field to create a dropdown of different types of bugs/complaints (e.g. unable to log into xx app, unable to send notifications via email, unable to sign up into xx app etc) and each of the bug/complaint has it's own SLA.
