It doesn't seem ethical to us to advertise a function within a plan, in this case the custom fields in the business plan, and then functions necessary for their use are blocked in a higher plan, such as editing the permissions of a field, and cannot be used by the entire team. It's not the first feature of its kind that we've found blocked. We understand that we don't have features in higher plans that we don't pay for, but having half functions is not a good business strategy. We hope that this does not start to become commonplace because it would be a reason to look for another alternative to a product to which on the other hand we have been faithful and are very happy with it.
