Show List View columns when expanding a task's subtasks
completed

In list view the custom field values can be entered for the parent tasks only, even when sub-tasks are shown beneath the parent task
however, if only the sub-tasks are shown in the list view, then the custom fields can be selected for the subtasks.
Additionally, within the sub-task card - the custom fields are shown.
Is this deliberate? Would it be possible to view/change the custom fields for the parent task AND sub-tasks from the same list view?

This post got away from us, but you've been able to edit a subtask and its custom fields while they are expanded in List view!

I would love that tasks and subtasks are handled the same way in all views, and I add lists and projects to that. Also, I would like to have many layers of tasks - than I can decide how I use that.
Furthermore, it's easier to develop as a general object/item than to implement each hierarchy layer in separate ways.

I am exploring how we could time estimates and logged time against tasks. At the moment in ‘list’ view where a subtask has a time logged recorded against it, it does not display. E.g.

Hey there Muazam Rafique! At this time, when you expand a task in List view to show it's subtasks, not every column is shown. However, this is a great feature request, and I have gone ahead and moved this post over for you. :)
