Custom Fields are currently displayed regardless of the selected Task Type, creating unnecessary clutter and making task forms harder to use. A standard task may not require any of these fields, and increase confusion unnecessarily. My proposed solution is to allow administrators or owners to define the visibility of Custom Fields based on Task Type. Task Types are already a powerful way to organize work. Allowing Custom Fields to be assigned to specific Task Types would make the feature significantly more valuable and flexible for teams managing multiple workflows in the same workspace.
