Hey, Erica Fenn! Great question! Since this feature request has moved back to open, this means it is not currently on our roadmap. We do not have an ETA for this feature, but we will be sure to add any new details and updates to this feature request!

Please also have a direct link or the ability to Favorite to each notes in Notepad, so that you no longer need to open up notepads and find the specific notes. which is a bit time consuming

I love the notepad. It is the missing ingredient to fully work in the project management tool and not have to also have notes somewhere else.
Throughout the week, I make many notes of small things that I have to discuss with teamleads (things that are not yet ready to be a task). So far I use a shared google doc for that. So what I would need is the ability to share an individual note with a team member. See screenshot!
Ideally, the typing should appear in "real time" as it does in google docs. But even a non-real time sharing function would be a great minimum viable product that would ad a lot of value.

Zeb made no sense to me that Notes don't show up in Docs, nor are they tasks. If creating a Note was creating a Doc (with sub-pages if need be) wouldn't this resolve this issue?
It's confusing to turn a note into a task too - click "convert to task", scroll to bottom, click the same again, not at all intuitive.
