With current work schedule option, I can only set a global holiday for a global organization. However no option for me to setup regional holidays. And more over the holidays I set should reserve the respective region employees availability/capacity on specific day.

From the kitchen: we have started building this and it is going well so far. Today a work schedule covers the whole workspace, which is exactly the problem in this post. What is coming is custom schedules, where an admin sets up as many as they need, each with its own working days, working hours and holiday calendar, then assigns them to a Space, a team or a person. So Israeli holidays get defined once and pointed at the people or the Space they apply to, and capacity respects them rather than assuming everyone is off on the same days. Marking this planned.

Beta Testing Feedback:
- The new feature allows us to add pre-defined holidays of one particular region to one employee/user
- Alternatively, I can add as many as non working hours/days for an employee
- Challenge here comes when
3.1 - Pre-defined holidays of a region do not match with my organizations holidays for the year
3.2 - If I need to set Singapore holidays for Singapore users, I need to go one by one and add the holidays. Still, finding Singapore users is not easy. During my meeting with CSM and support, I expressed the need of either User Groups or a column in ClickUp user profile that says which Country you are from.
3.3 - If I have to add any ad-hoc holidays, again I have to add it to all those applicable users
A better and effectively manageable solutions can be either one of
1) Allow creating user groups and apply holiday/non working time at group level
2) Allow keeping multiple regional calendars where we can define working/non working hours. And assign only one calendar to one resource.
This is our feedback after testing the beta. Please consider providing an effective and efficient solution on this

Your second option is the one we went with. Each Space, team or person follows exactly one schedule, so teams cover the grouping problem you hit and Singapore holidays get set once rather than user by user. Ad-hoc holidays are added once on the schedule too. Does your org's own holiday list differ much from the standard country calendar, or is the country set close enough?
