Set notification settings for users as an admin

Can the default notification settings be controlled by an administrator?
The current default settings for a user, are to broad for our goal.
If the user upon initial start of use, gets too many notifications, they will just go into the settings, and have the urge to turn all off.
(Or they use a mail rule, to turn them over to an bulk folder)
Please make it so we can set a different standard per Team

I just wanted to write a quick update and let you know where we stand on the development of this feature.
We're actively working on building this, but ensuring proper management of a user's notification settings in all scenarios an admin can update them, has been taking longer than expected.
We hope to ship this feature within the quarter - stay tuned!

Adding my voice to the collective: this is an absolute must for proper collaboration with external vendors and guests. I have to individually train each client and it's, frankly, made it difficult to want to continue with client-facing lists when so much teaching is required. I should not have to show them how to change the bloated, default notification settings. I really hope this is released soon! Brendan W

definitely needed - customer just called (role: guest) and wasn't aware how to turn off notifications.

Brendan W Thanks for the November 2025 update on this feature. Since we're now in February 2026 and well into the following quarter, could you please provide a current status update? Has the development progressed beyond the notification management challenges you mentioned, and is there a revised timeline for release? Any new information would be greatly appreciated.

1) As an admin, I need to be able to set the time when my ClickUp users receive their deadline notifications.
2) As a user, I want to be able to set additional time.
E.g. admin set to 8 am and I added 2 pm to be sure that I do not miss today's deadlines
