how the bloody hell this is not available??? We are paying thousands of dollars and the app opens in a random location each time? OMG

I've done a workaround by changing the sort order of my lists so the list I want to see on open is the first one. Luckily as it's my workspace I can do that but a proper solution would still be great.

I love that ClickUp have a "home" view that would be perfect as a default view, but no, instead, let's open a random view that I don't use ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I found this page by Googling for an answer for a problem I was sure was a 'me' problem and I just wasn't finding the option. I even hid the other space it brought up by default that I didn't want it to open automatically, but alas it adds the project back to the left sidebar and drops you back in it. Yes, I will use a favorite from now on but why drop users into spaces randomly or based on some creation order they have no knowledge about. Either return them to their last used space or allow users to set a default space. This is a bizarre and apparently long running oversight.

Agreed! I can't even work out why or how the current default location was set. It's a specific list I rarely access. I live in the "everything" view.

YES!!! This needs to be fixed.

Yep. Or enable a dashboard to be set as a custom homepage that would also have the ability to add a module that only shows unread inbox items...
Great suggestion Lawrence. Though obviously six years alter, not at the top of the ClickUp priority list lol...

Can it at least open to most recent open page?
Opening a random list used by a different team, that I know nothing about the tasks on, is really the most prime way to start every morning productively.

id like to be able to choose which space gets opened upon initial load please!

Of course it would be nice if you could set a default location, but even if it just opens on the home page, I would be happy. I mean, what is even the point of a home page if it doesn't open on it? It is very annoying that it always opens on the first list of the first space.
