Currently, the Enter key behavior (send on Enter) is a global setting that applies equally to both Chat messages and task comments. There's no way to configure them independently.

Use case: In Chat, sending with Enter feels natural and fast for quick conversations. However, in task comments, users often write longer, multi-line messages where accidentally hitting Enter sends an incomplete comment. Having to rely on Shift+Enter for every line break in task comments disrupts the writing flow.

Proposed solution: Add a separate preference in Settings → Preferences that allows users to choose the Enter key behavior independently for:

Chat messages: Enter to send (default)

Task comments: Enter for new line (send with button or Cmd/Ctrl+Enter)

This would give users more control over their workflow without changing the current default experience.
