Sending mass emails

Hello,
I would like to be able to send emails to multiple "tasks" at once. I am using Clickup as a CRM and the only downside I have come across is that I cannot send emails to multiple people at the same time.

Yes please! Having the email automation is great, but what we also need is:
a) List-specific email templates so we can include pre-filled task data, like the automation offers
b) Top action bar option to Email using template
One use example we have of ClickUp is receiving journal submissions via a ClickUp form, which we then allocate to teams to rate, and then send out emails based on whether a work is selected, rejected, or requires more discussion. This works great with the email automation, but if we then need to send a follow-up, or send a specific template at a specific time to a few specific people on the list, we would need to be able to select those tasks and Email as template, including information from the task in the email.

My Request is similar...but different, lol.
I am using ClickUp as a CRM, but the email falls short in this way...
When you have a company, with more than one employee, it is tough to email to two of them when you dont know their email address.
One work around is to set up sub tasks for each employee. So that the task has the company name, then you copy that info to multiple subtasks with the individual company. If the Email Clickbot feature could populate the "SUGGESTED EMAILS:" section with all the emails in the task/subtask, that would be great
Alternatively, if you could add "email 2" as a custom email...and would also show up as a "SUGGESTED EMAILS:" that would work too.

As a small workaround, until the feature is implemented in Clickup, it looks like the automation "WHEN due date arrives THEN send email" works for me. Then I can schedule when a email will go out to a number of people.
For a campaign, I can create a table view, filter the "tasks" (people) that I want as part of the campaign, and set a due date. Then set the automation to send an email on that "due date." Then toggle off the automation after the emails are sent.
I made a separate ClickUp list with a form for unsubscribes and put that link in the email. So if a user unsubscribes they are added to an "unsubscribe" list. But updating the original list is still manual for now.
Things like Constant Contact are much nicer for this and more complex use-cases, but this works well enough for me for now.

Our Team is looking to utilize CRM features in ClickUp to send emails out to several potential prospects as part of their marketing campaign(s) as it will help identify new potential interests in any product/service we offer, we tried both CRM and marketing templates but they are missing this functionality. I would like to link my targeted audience to a campaign, define an email template that will be sent as part of the campaign communication, start executing the campaign by clicking a button to send out bulk email communication to my targeted audience all at once so that we can target all accounts designated for that campaign and minimize the amount of work needed to execute the campaign. Ideally after the email is sent out, it should be added back to each account included in that campaign as a comment so that we can track responses that might be received back to track potential interests and further collect the accounts that will require further follow-up if no response is received.

Same! I have a column with the email for contacts, and to use clickup to send emails according to a status... ohhh if we can only dream... Please make it so! it does not have to be through Clickup... but a way to group emails and send them through another app...

Would love to know what tools folks are currently using and how your workflow works between the email marketing tools and click up.n

I think one of the challenges with something like this would be that you need to provide a way for the recipient to opt out of email notifications and I don't know that that would be possible with ClickUp. For something like you are suggesting below, I would stick with Constant Contact. They have discounts for nonprofits and you will have a much more robust segmentation of your contacts.

I just added this before I saw this one! Yes! We are a small nonprofit, and I wanted to send a list to volunteers, clients, or even donors a simple digital card (folks snail mail changed) and it's a great way to send yearly thank you notes to our supporters! Might have to do a form where people signed up, for privacy concerns. I was thinking about 1000-5000, if there might be a limitation issue.
