Send me an email when someone completes a Form
Caleb Lichty
It would be great if there was an option when creating a form to send someone an email when they complete a form in ClickUp. I love how the form fields correspond to fields on a task, but we've had people ask if they can get a copy of the info they submit.

Every other system we use for forms has this feature, and it is really important to us. It simply needs to pull in data from a custom field to the 'to' field as we are able to do in the other sections of the automation.

Would love for CU to create an automatic email reply to individuals submitting tasks to help with workflow. Many team members within my company only use CU to submit a task. They need some type of communication they can track the tasks within their project.

I'm surprised CU doesn't have this. It's a basic thing to do with forms. Need to be able to send an automatic email to the requester.

Looks like there are sooooo many requests for this, going years back.
We urgently need this feature, too. The forms' use cases are incredibly limited without the option to send the completed form to the submitter, too.

This seems like a basic thing for forms to do. I'm surprised that this is not already a feature.

this is similar to a request I had put in about emailing the contents of a form (plus ability to edit). Upvoting yours.

We would like this function, because then people have an e-mail as confirmation.

Yes, it would be great to have an option to send responders a copy of their response.

This would be a great feature. I have podcast guests submit a form and they don't always save the answers themselves so to have their responses on hand before our podcast interview would be handy. I can see it would be useful in many more scenarios too.
