Currently, when an email comes to a ClickUp channel, it comes in as text instead of an attachment that can be expanded to view the full, formatted message. This is one of the features that makes the Slack email to channel feature useful. I switched to Slack free after migrating to ClickUp and this is one of the features that I miss. We're trying to reduce our dependence on email to share information with the team, and this is one of the feature quirks that prevents us from doing so. For example, if I want to forward a newsletter to the team, it shows up as a bunch of unformatted text and links and takes up a lot of space on the channel because the message is so long. Making emails attachments that can be expanded/previewed will resolve this.
