I would also love to have the reverse option to de-select all subtasks. But to be clear, I think it would be helpful to have a different select for each level of tasks.

Currently I have a list where the parent task is a project, and some projects have a subtask that is also a project, but both project task types may have event task types under them. I would like to be able to select just the level of task I want to adjust.

It would also be useful if you were able to tell a parent task (optional and user-selected) to apply the same value for a specific field to all subtasks. Eg, we have a territory custom field and the subtasks will be the same as the parent task.

There are a lot of separate feedback requests for this, can someone from ClickUp please combine. This is a huge time saver, we're constantly needing to change the list from a collapsed/expanded view to show subtasks as separate tasks just so we can select them all, however it gets merky as you cant just select all the subtasks under a specific parent, the list ends up showing every single task.

yes please! It's so inefficient having to either click each individually or open the parent tasks to bulk edit the subtasks. When tasks are expanded the 'select all' should select ALL so that you can control which parent and subtasks are selected.
