The overall search function is frustrating. Majority of the team can't find what they are looking efficiently, it takes multiple clicks to get there. Would it be possible to -
  • automatically detect search based on relevancy and latest date
  • have more expanded view of the search for messages and chats
  • include comments in the Activity view search
We tried having threads within a task but searching is terrible too, it directs to the main thread. It would be efficient if it shows the actual message right away and then the whole thread can be viewable from there.
