Search comments

We want to be able to search through the comments of a task from within the task window. Our tasks often have many comments.
There is a global search function but only on a Space level, not on a Project, List or Task level so that does not satisfy this need.

We also need to be able search comments on a space level, too, which doesn't exist. It is extra ordinary disadvantage to even using the comments ins the first place.
The search in command center should provide additional features: search list comments, search task comments, search everything, space, etc....the filter system should be exhaustive.
Searching comments across platform is super huge. Otherwise, what is the point of having comments at list level.
List Cards Descriptions should also be searched. In fact, there shouldn't be any data that cannot be searched that is contained in the Space.
Further, it should be allow sort by date created, date assigned, assignee, etc.

WHEN CAN WE SEARCH THE SPACE COMMENTS THAT EXIST EVERYWHERE FROM THE S SEARCH, NOT JUST GOING INTO THE TASK AND SEARCHING FOR A COMMENT WITHIN A SPECIFIC TASK? I'd think this was a no brainer from the very start, that I could search through any text from any level easily!
List comments cannot be searched from a space level.

Ivan Villa this is great. I would like to make a suggestion.
I can see people who are not familiar with CU, missing/forgetting about this important feature.
Can the search box be placed permanently at the top right of the task card instead of making it appear only on hover?
Alternatively, a search symbol can be placed at the top of the card. Clicking it would bring up the search box and filter.

Zeb I was wondering whether there are any plans for this? Often I know that I've read a comment somewhere recently, with a particular word in it - I just want to be able to find that specific comment quickly using the search tool.

Muazam Rafique: Hey Muazam! Yeah we definitely plan to add this in the future, but it's not high priority for us right now. I would estimate later this year.
