Save List view for each user individually

Every time someone on my team changes the list view (opens status, sorts, columns etc.) it saves for everyone. This is quite annoying if since everybody likes his lists differently.
It would be great if we can decide how to save list view. Individually or for all

People like to view things differently. It would be great to get the ability to save View layouts per user.
