Save Activity Filters in Task View
Justin (Work Management Tools)
The ability to set what types of activity are shown, whose activity & the text filter then save all of it.
Saving should have the option to apply for only that task, or for all tasks in the List/Folder/Space.

+1 for persistent filters set per user on activity pane, please. Shouldn't be too hard to do, just stuff them in a local cookie, tied to a check box "keep" (my filters active).

Agreed. The activity filter is cumbersome to use when you have to manually set your filters every time.

This. I am so frustrated with the bombardment of "activity" any time I make a change to the body of a task; it appears to be at the character level to make things even worse. If activity settings can't be saved, then at the very least consider only indicating that "content" of a task has been updated after some time of inactivity (e.g. a bunch of updates have been made; after several minutes of inactivity, the activity feed updates).

The task activity filter is useless without the ability to save these settings.

This is really an absolute basic function that is better solved by other providers such as Trello. I don't understand why something like this isn't implemented right from the start.

Yes, please. Make the filters we choose in task view autosave. We don't need to see all that information all the time.

It is ridiculous that we can not set a deafault view for the filters in the side comments of the TASK VIEW. So every time we see a different task we have to go to the filter AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN.
How are we saving time???
Jude Andre Legendre
I really wish comments were separate from other activities. The Activity view is for activities and the comment section is for comments.
It's not problem if you want to leave activities there but at least give us the option to save a default filter for all tasks

Save filters in Activity tab

The new feature - filter the content of Activity tab is great however I mostly need only comments and it would be great if I could set such filter as default for every task and hide all the rest activity.

Save task activity filters and apply to all tasks

From support ticket: It is great that I can filter the activity section PER TASK to get rid of all the unnecessary information, but I would have to go in to every single task to do that-which takes a couple minutes per task. This obviously decreases my productivity. The ability to filter task activity should be able to be applied to ALL tasks if the user wants to.
Along those same lines, I took the time to filter the activity, but then when I went to another task, and went back to the original one, the filters went away. So the filter function, in my opinion, is pointless if you can’t KEEP the filter applied. Both of the work arounds for these features = decreased productivity.
