I know this is a relatively large ask, but it would be great if a Sandbox/UAT environment could be provided to existing customers. That way we can test new features, builds, and ideas without any risk of impacting existing operations.

As an extension of that, implementing an instance management structure would be nice so that we can push select configuration from a UAT environment to production without the need to manually recreate all configuration in both instances.
