Round Robin Assignment / Assign Based on Workload

We are utilizing the TEAMS feature in ClickUp. We want to see if there's a way to assign a task to a team, but it round-robins the assignee from the designated team. For example, if we have a Customer Support team with 4 people on it - it could look a that team and auto-assign to the first person, and then the next task that comes through assigns to the next person on the team - and so on and so forth.
We were also wondering if there was a way to have a team assigned to a task, and for it to look at the team's workload to assign it to a designated team member.

We have the first piece of this coming soon, which is round-robin assignment with taking turns at random. Round-robin based on workload is the next item to tackle.

I know that in the current automation you can pre-determine and automatically assign a task to a specific person, however, I found this feature to be limited especially when task assignments are being done in a round robin way. I think it would be a good feature for ClickUp to have this kind of logic available in their automations. It will cover a huge chunk of this manual process.

If we have a board created for a particular team, I would like to have ability to set up an automatic, random assign process. So if I have 70 new tasks per day, these tasks should be assigned in particular way to all members of the team. For example, If I have 7 people in the team, tasks should be randomly assigned in balanced way - 10 tasks per person.

Voting this up - this would be particularly useful when using a project template where roles are identified to complete tasks. When a RACI is completed and the individuals are allocated to those roles, they are also added to the tasks

Same problem here. If anyone needs a stopgap, I set up a Zapier workflow using this guide: https://youtu.be/uGsXjEnyoO8 it does workload-based assignment by checking how many tasks each person has in progress.
Not ideal but it works until ClickUp ships something native.
