Rollup Custom Field to view Assignee

Would like to have the option to have Assignees as a Rollup custom field. This option is available under "Relationships" inside the task, but not available when creating a Rollup custom field. This would be helpful when wanting to view more details about a task that is linked to another, without having to open the task.
