Our team is looking to create ATPs to test several projects across the company's portfolio. The team is looking to leverage forms to do so with a custom field called "Pass/Fail". Due to the current limitations of Clickup forms, the team would need to create several custom fields that are all used once per item of the ATP.

It would be ideal if custom fields could either be form specific or have an option that allows them to be used multiple times within a form.
