Restrict Users to Only View Their Assigned Tasks Within a List

Hi,
We are currently organizing our workflow in one centralized “Field Jobs” list because it significantly improves dispatching, coordination, and operational visibility.
Previously, we tried separate lists per technician, but this caused several problems:
tasks disappearing from the main workflow
poor dispatch overview
duplicate field visits
difficult coordination between office and technicians
We also tested:
Limited Members
task sharing automations
individual Teams per technician
While partially workable, these solutions still create friction because tasks must be manually shared/unshared and technicians can still gain unnecessary visibility over time.
What we really need is a simple permission option such as:
“User can only view tasks assigned to them.”
This would allow:
centralized dispatch management
clean scheduling workflow
better operational overview
privacy between technicians
The biggest advantage of the centralized system is that there is no need to constantly move tasks between lists, and for field service operations everything stays organized in one place and on one board/map.
This would be extremely valuable for:
field service companies
dispatch centers
workshops
maintenance teams
mobile technicians
