Restore time tracking labels

Unfortunately it's really easy for somebody to accidentally delete a time tracking label, but there is no way of restoring them currently. It would be helpful if:
- Time tracking labels can be protected so they can't be accidentally deleted
- There is an option to restore them

Make it so that you can rever deletion of Time labels from within Trash. Otherwise a user that is mischievious can delete years worth of Time Tracking.
