Dashboards
complete
Tomek Wason
Hi Clickup. Amazing project management tool you've created. thumbs up! However, having tried 4 different tools, I am missing the ability to make dashboards that are fully customizable and can show data from different projects and lists.
I know you have portfolios and reporting, but it is not entirely the same. For inspiration you could see what Monday.com offers in dashboards (i chose you over them, so don't turn your noses up!).

How is this complete? LOT OF THINGS MISSING and set as coming soon!

Gabriel Hoffman: Nothing in Clickup is EVER complete. The framework is.

Jan Dvořák: That's a very positve way to see things! Thank u for the reply

Just realized, maybe _this_ is the place to centralize Dashboards feedback? Or not? I submitted this:

Zeb just a thought for you in terms of how this feedback board is heading. What has tended to happen is that when there is a big module launch ie forms, dashboards, etc a single request tends to become the place to "dump all ideas" here. Which means you get limited voting, comments on individual items. Have you thought now that the product has grown and you have various modules like Dashboards which are almost products in their own right, that you create a topic for those, rather than just lumping everything under Feature Requests. Not sure if Canny has a subtopic option, but that would certainly be useful if your not keen to move away from the top level Feature Request.
Zeb
Phil Sim: Yeah I hear ya! We are hiring several more product managers as we speak, we'll get better control of these boards ASAP!

Zeb: Thanks for all the hard work - I love that you are consistently working to add/upgrade features on Clickup and are so responsive to user requests and feedback.

would love to be able to sort by list on most of these dashboard options

This is interesting. Not exactly what I was imagining, but I can see how it would be useful to management. Now, if only our management cared about ClickUp...

Michael Powers: I am a single user with not a large scope on my plate, and I still find Dashboards really helpful - e. g. creating two reports side by side and having saved them for later.
Michael Powers
Jan Dvořák: hmm. well i will be tinkering with it, but it's just a little different beast than I was imagining it would be.
Jan Dvořák
Michael Powers: Also, reporting and portfolios will be eventually canceled, as they are being moved to Dashboards (their first iteration is already there).

Great start, thank you!
We were expecting to see dashboards integrated into each folder as a view. This would make this feature far more useful, we have dozens of projects at any one time and need an easy way to view and track each projects progress. Then we could have a dashboard at the space level that summarizes the space as a whole.
The portfolio widget still have the issue that portfolios have, no sorting option that allows you to separate the lists by folder. Turns into a massive list of lists that has no reference point. A filter feature would also hugely benefit this widget. I have lists in each folder that I don't need to see in an overview so if I could filter them out, this would improve the flow.

Great job so far team
Some feedback
-Allow multiselect for when moving around
-Allow PDF export of overall dashboard not just individual

This is a great start!
I was also expecting Dashboards as a view and linked to a project. At minimum, I'd need to create different dashboard, and then embed it in view.

For a "beta" - looks awesome! Some enhancements:
- sticky headers within each widget
- drag and drop columns
- custom fields

Portfolios don't seem to be showing the Time Estimates or Time Tracked
