Is it possible to reply to email straight from the inbox. I've noticed hitting reply at the bottom of the email just add a comment in the task chat.

You should be able to reply to an email from the notifications screen. Instead, hitting "reply" there just makes a comment on the email. This means that in order to reply, you have to click into the task, send the email and then also go back and clear the notification. Seems like this could be streamlined so that the notifications area acted more like an inbox where you could just see/reply to everything and clear without having to click into each individual task.

It makes sense to add this feature as otherwise the user has to click through a few steps to get to the functionality.
Having it in the Inbox would make things so much easier and efficient.
